The beach is part workout, part reset and part reminder that not every good day needs a complicated plan.

WHY IT MATTERS

Salt water fixes a lot.

Florida makes it easy to keep the ocean in the story. Beach days, swimming, sunsets and time outside all belong here.

This is less about a destination and more about a rhythm I keep coming back to.
