2. Russia resumes mass attacks on Ukraine

A pause is not peace

After a brief three-day pause during diplomatic visits, Russia resumed mass air attacks across Ukraine with ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.

4. An AI-designed drug shows a measured aging signal

Promising data, careful language

Insilico Medicine’s rentosertib, an AI-designed TNIK inhibitor, showed biological-age reversal signals in a Phase IIa trial involving 42 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

According to Insilico, six independent proteomic aging clocks pointed in the same direction. The strongest signal appeared at Week 4, with the 30 mg twice-daily group showing approximately three to four years of reversal on average, and up to six years on one clock.
